Coating of the Parts

By using the material aluminum, it is possible to keep the weight of our products to a minimum. We also use a special coating that makes our products unique.
In the production of our articles, hard anodizing is an important step, which is explained below.

The production:

The workpiece is placed in an anodizer bath at low temperatures from -5°C to 0°C Coated.

These low temperatures reduce the conductivity of the liquid, which in turn leads to a higher voltage and even stronger heat generation. This leads to a higher energy consumption. The entire process of hard anodizing takes up to 1 1/2 hours. The part is then removed from the bath and compacted. The additional compaction ensures safe protection against UV rays, as well as corrosion stability.

Although this coating process involves an additional effort, we ultimately create a product with a much harder and more robust surface that is almost indestructible.

In driving mode, for example, a rockfall of our coating, unlike conventional coatings, can do much less. In addition, our coating highlights the fine grain of the component even more visible and thus gives it a unique character.
