The assembly of the screws

When replacing the screws, care must be taken to ensure that each screw is replaced individually. Thus, no new seal is required. The tightening torque can be found in the assembly instructions/workshop manual of the vehicle, alternatively a workshop can also help.

For components with an existing seal, no screw lock is necessary, as the pressure of the seal prevents the screw from unscrewing.
All components without a seal must be secured medium-strength with a screw lock.

For aluminum components, it is necessary to use an anti-seize paste.
This is applied to the thread and prevents corrosion between the aluminum and the stainless steel.
